Hi yas! If I ever have to go back to Pancakes, I’ll consider it. Actually in hindsight, anything crepey might be a better option. Much preferred The Ultimate over mine.

Hi sophia! Hehe! You should join in when the next call is put out for a late night run. Can’t guarantee that pancakes will be on the menu but who knows…

I think I’m in love! Late night runs for pancakes? Sounds like the PERFECT group to me! And I have no problem with cheese- bring it on!
Too bad abt the bad pancakes, though…if you can find any good diners around…

I always get the devils delight (or something.. with chocolate sauce)

I’ve just blogged about O Bal Tan the Korean BBQ place on Pitt st, and I realized that they open until 4am Thu – Sat! Late night BBQ fix next time?

Speaking of se asia food runs, I miss the always-open roti stalls and curry houses in singapore. Sigh.

Not exactly a midnight+ run but I remember having a 15min dinner at La Mint in Darlinghurst – it was our 20 minute break in a school musical rehearsal and musicians get very hungry after working. Rice has never gone down so fast.

Back in the HSC and early uni days, we use to go out on late night snack runs all the time! I wish it was like sth east asia here, great food until the wee hours of the morning.

Hi Katherine! Very much so, though more so during the warmer, dryer seasons than the colder ones.

Hi FFichiban! We should but no pancakes this time around. Crepes seemed ok though so I may consider though if we decide to go there once more.

Hi chocolatesuze! Sound totally yum. Well, except for the pancakes.

I’m a huge fan of butterscotch, or is it I’m huge cause I’m a fan of butterscotch! :P hehe

Late night food runs are the best. Especially during the holiday season. There is nothing like being out after midnight to sit down with friends and have a chat and a good meal.

fatima’s sounds like a good option. while waiting at the bus stop outside a few months ago i noticed it was quite a popular takeaway. seems quite healthy and it’s good to hear they freshly deep fry their falafel – any other way is sacrilege. :-)
