A troupe of food bloggers, as well as Mei from Brasserie Bread, engage in a dialogue. Suggestions. Discussion. Indecision. Options. Sore feet. A spur of the moment decision.

The cast make their entrance onto the stage of Kika Tapas for a post-function, late night supper. Though seemingly a decision born from a minimal requirement for walking, as well as the availability of churros noted on the playbill of dishes by the restaurant’s entrance, it is one that I am glad we made. I’ve finally made my first foray into print media, namely with the first issue of GourmetRabbit magazine. GourmetRabbit looks to bring together the collective knowledge, talents and expertise of the food industry, as well as the energy, passion and experiences of a community of passionate foodies and food bloggers all in one publication.

The above image is an article that I’ve contributed to the magazine, regarding an experiential review of the first French-Caribbean themed tasting menu at the French Bistro, Tastevin. Click on the above image to read the review.

I also had the pleasure of conducting a shoot in the kitchen of the Galileo restaurant, located within The Observatory Hotel, for a serial article known as “The Masked Apprentice”. Read more »
